The subsiding villa was built without foundations on running sand/gravel over clay. The terracotta pot kitchen floor was in danger of collapsing into the basement as the rear wall rotated. David derived, designed and detailed safe, low-impact repairs. The owner was spared the significant cost of demolition and rebuild of the rear of his house.
