Whilst at Robert Bird Group David was responsible for this grillage at Principal Place Commercial, which was clamped to the core using yokes and post tensioned bars cast in sleeves in to the top of the core walls. The core walls were checked and strengthend where necessary to resist the clamping and pull out forces.
