Warren Street: Upgrade of Commercial Office Space

Commercial Space | Load Balancing | Terracotta Pot Floor | Additional upper floors | LUL interface

David developed the structural scheme to planning for this much re-purposed Fitzrovia office building, which must continue to be retained. Load balancing is central to the structural philosophy due the buildings geotechnical interface with the underlying Warren Street station, the commercial need to add additional lettable floor space, and the planning requirement to preserve as much existing fabric as possible.
