The severely fire-damaged Grade II listed mill could not be demolished. Whilst at Thomasons David spent nine weeks on site executing the soft strip of the recent apartment fit out, and making the remaining structure safe. Following this phase David took over as overall Project Manager and Contract Administrator. Retention of the majority of the existing structure allowed for a much-reduced reinstatement cost.
