Precast concrete roof elements were found to be significantly over stressed during construction, with columns exhibiting very large lateral displacements. The sagging roof elements were lifted and strengthened in place using bespoke machinery designed by David.

David was on site to refine the remediation process during the critical early stages. The client was able to proceed with construction, mitigating delay and cost escalation.
